Hi, I’m Jane, and welcome to CozyCookHub.

I’m a home cook who really enjoys spending time in the kitchen, especially when I’m following recipes from chefs who know far more about cooking than I do. I don’t create original recipes here, and I don’t claim to reinvent anything. This blog is simply a place where I try out recipes from well-known chefs and share what that experience is like in a regular home kitchen.

I started CozyCookHub because I love the process of learning through cooking. Some days a recipe turns out great, and other days it’s a little messy, but I always come away having learned something. I follow the recipes as closely as possible, pay attention to the details, and take notes along the way — timing, ingredients that were harder to find, steps that felt tricky, and small adjustments that helped me understand the dish better.

My goal is to document my experience: how long it really took, what surprised me, what I’d watch out for next time, and how it fit into everyday home cooking. If something doesn’t go perfectly, I leave that in too. I think that’s part of the fun.

CozyCookHub is for people who enjoy cooking but don’t need everything to be perfect. If you like trying new dishes, and cooking in a way that feels comfortable and human, you’ll probably feel at home here.

Thanks for stopping by and cooking along with me.
